Social: Brodie's Brewery
Saturday, 21 January 2012, 10:00 - 22:00

An opportunity to visit Brodie's Brewery in Walthamstow and the pub where they started brewing, the King Willian IV. We will be presenting them with the Beer of the Festival award for Hackney Red, voted best beer at the Concrete Pint festival in October 2011.

Meet at MK Central rail station at 10am to catch the 10:22 train to Euston, then on to Walthamstow Central arriving at approx. 12 noon. There is a ¾ mile walk (or taxi / bus) to The King William IV hotel and bar where we will meet up with Marion Robbens, the Brewery Liason Officer for Brodies Brewery. She will accompany us on a tour of the brewery and advise of any good local pubs.
